We collect information you provide when creating an account: name, email, company name, company URL, and preferences. We also collect usage data to improve your experience.

02 - HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use collected data to provide and improve Calyx, send transactional emails, monitor for abuse, and analyse usage patterns.

03 - DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted providers (Supabase, Resend, Razorpay) who process data only as necessary to deliver our service.

04 - DATA RETENTION

We retain your account data while your account is active. Upon cancellation, personal data is deleted within 30 days upon request.

05 - YOUR RIGHTS

You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting hello@calyxapp.io. EU/UK users also have rights to data portability.

06 - SECURITY

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable measures to protect your information.
