01 - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Calyx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02 - DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Calyx is a B2B lead intelligence platform that identifies high-intent prospects, scores them against your ICP, and drafts personalised outreach messages. We may modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

03 - ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use Calyx to send unsolicited bulk messages, harass any individual, violate applicable laws, reverse-engineer the platform, or resell access to the service.

04 - TRIAL AND PAYMENT

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with no credit card required. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed via Razorpay.

05 - REFUND POLICY

If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, contact hello@calyxapp.io for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are considered case by case.

06 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Calyx is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

07 - GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
